Second Try

I suggest that the classes working up PDA record keeping for beekeeping
first do a search for existing systems. A 4-H girl beat them to this
several years ago. There are off-the-shelf software packages from
suppliers in Canada and New Zealand, Jorn in Europe, and probably lots of
other places.

One of the most sophisticated is Xenacom's system, put together by the New
Zealand firm and New Zealand beekeepers. It ties in to a web-based
subscription service: http://www.xenacom.com/XAP/xenapiary.html

Jerry
