     Fireweed honey - Usually water white, 'very' mild to the point of
     being almost flavorless.  But, quite popular on the specialty market.
     No bulk quantities available.
 
     I rarely get any of this in my cooler coastal area.  Only produced in
     warmer, mostly interior, regions.
