Reply:  I'll concur it "powders" but after three years I can't really say it has any structural defects that would limit it's use due to the powdering.  
 
Mostly I wanted something cheap (10 sheets from a 4x8, $19.99 purchase) that would not warp or require painting.  Given a longer term experiment, I may paint a few to see if the paint sticks.  The first thing to go is the thin plastic coating on the insulation board.
