Uncap the sugar sourced honey in the early spring, place the frames full of
the sugar honey above the brood nest of nucs or newly installed package bees
and let them empty the comb to feed and build down below in the brood nest.
Of course, you would want to use source material from hives that are free of
transmittable diseases such as foul brood.  Put the cappings above the inner
cover to be recovered by the bees also.
