The suit hasn't been approved yet to go ahead
So siince wording is such that all in Canada are included
there are Western provinces and Quebec beekeeper organizations who oppose it
 may or are trying to  prevent it from going ahead.
If one understands the "discovery" aspect , it's obvious who would win.
Also you will read Townsend's comments blaming the bad management practices
on the small guy
this in turn was resented by many small guys here who are speaking out
--------good example of passing the buck
