Greetings,

If anyone reading this is new to CCD, it is a very complex issue and defies
simple explanation. Meaning, it is no different from other complex issues
such as global warming, over-population, war, famine, etc.

The closer you get to the truth the more unclear and more complicated it
becomes. The closer you get to a one-page summary with instant remedies, the
closer you get to hot air.

If you want the long answer you will have to do your own digging, reading,
and thinking. If you want a short answer, there are plenty of those; but
beware of summaries that leave too much out.
