2.  At least 51% of the honey in the package must come from the first
country listed, and some honey must come from each country listed.
3.  Producers and Packers must maintain records documenting any floral
source listed as the type of honey.
4.  If honey is described as 'Local', producers and packers must
maintain records documenting that the honey was produced within a 100
mile radius of the store.
