Kudos to Aaron for his suggestion; an additional source for "The Miller
Method" developed by Dr. C. C. Miller in 1912 and other methods such as
the Alley Method, and The Smith Method can be found in "Queen Rearing and
Bee Breeding" by Harry H. Laidlaw, Jr. and Robert E Page which is
available at some of the bee supply/catalog companies.
