Thanks, Bob.  But the court that I'm speaking of is composed of the very
beekeepers whom you most quote.  I'm not even in the jury--I've just been
watching the proceedings.

Those beekeepers are now in the position of being able to design a trial,
performed to their specifications, by independent parties of their choice,
to "prove" their claims of damage due to use of the insecticide in the
field.

Bob, I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you.  I simply wish to see
conclusive data.
