If you are talking about in beekeeping specifically, the above is true...unless you are in one of the parts of the world that doesn't (and hasn't) used antibiotics in apiculture.  Off the top of my head, NZ, Sweden, Czeck Republic.....and the data from the Moran lab shows that if anyone has cheated, that it hasn't shown much impact on the gut bacteria at least (which is where one would find evidence).
