    Is there a legal/regulatory problem with lugging foulbrood-contaminated
equipment across the Maryland state line from Pennsylvania or Delaware to
use the ETO chamber in Maryland?  Also, where is this chamber located, and
how does one arrange to use it?
 
    I haven't had the problem yet, but it pays to know about these
resources.
