In this instance, I suspect the word is spelled "genetic$" (with a 
dollar sign). A quick internet search shows Mexican queens being offered 
for 190 pesos (about $12 US). Compare that to $25-30 for US queens this 
year, I can understand the motivation to sneak 5 in over the border. The 
scary thing is that the customs agent said this was the first time he 
had seen this done. Everybody else must be getting away with it.
