Deb,  I wasn't thinking you believed that stuff; I certainly don't.  My point was only that ley lines are a fiction based on a fiction (dowsing). The account in the Dave Cushman article you cited is a textbook illustration of the "ideomotor effect" I mentioned before re to how dowsing "works".
