 .... the judgment says:  "Thus, products obtained from animals fed with genetically modified feed or treated with genetically modified medicinal products will be subject neither to the authorisation requirements nor to the labeling requirements referred to in this Regulation."

I think it would depend upon whether one was selling the GM products produced by the bee or if one was selling the bee that consumed the GM products.  How digestion would effect the GM genetic strings is a question to me.
