I was surprised that I did not have a copy in the bookcase as I have been a member of CABK for a very long time and purchased all their publications when I joined; but what a wealth of material I discovered in the search.  Now all I have to do is find the time to read it all!

However - having gone through all the individual booklets (each containing one lecture) I remembered the book (which I have) that was compiled by John B Free  for CABK some years ago entitled 'Honeybee Biology'; it contains a selection of some of the best lectures and, sure enough, has the Jeffree paper.

Out of print now and this was the only reference I could find:
