Looking at Health Canada's interim report that is published in CHC's Hive Lights, It shows that close to half the bee kills in Ontario where later in the year after planting, as late as Sept. Also in the magazine is Canadian Honey Council's submission to Health Canada's call for comments. In it they express concerns that there are indications that bee intoxications caused by the water puddles is an emergent problem.

Reading these leaves me with the impression that planter dust is not the only concern at issue. Am I missing something here that would help me understand differently?
