Yes, assuming you used an excluder and/or the brood is not up there, but 
would you know and do you know how to do it?  Since you ask, it does not 
seem likely, so it seems to me that you need to contact an experienced local 
beekeeper.  Most beekeepers are happy to help out.  Some might charge for 
the assistance, but others, especially hobbyists are likely do it for the 
fun of it.

Your best place to find beekeepers?  A local bee club or your state apiarist 
can point you the right way.

You will also need advice on diagnosing, and treating diseases and mite 
predation if you want your hives to live long.
