I am saying look at the Terms of Reference for Congressional Hearings in
the Constitution of Congress for the procedures that govern  Congressional
Hearings ... and look for irregularity in the current proceedings.  Then
look for the ways provided in the Constitution for the public affected by
the Hearings to make complaints ... 


Ahhh  Okay I get your point now.   That's not an area of the law I am
familiar with at all.  At the moment I am not aware of anything that allows
us to intervene with the clowns in office that way.   I believe the only
redress we have with actions such as that are recall, and next election
cycle....  and yes that last 30 years  of corruption have shown us we need
some updates.......unforutunatly the system has been rigged and it look
unlikely that any serious reform will never happen....
