.........."3) Is everyone just going to ignore this kind of
thing, and hope it wanders off?

 Chlortetracycline Test result 3.42mg/kg"

Jim Fischer's comment shines a spot in a dark world!!
And the answer to the question - yes!, nearly all will wait and sometimes watch.
Then when opportune, have a go at the people willing to get things moving in our bee world.
Result, fewer individuals are willing to put up for positions of responsibility or co-ordination.

My experience in helping in my limited way with the "Imidaclopride Saga" - by trying to get at the
truth has shown that:
1. Most don't care until the problem hits them.
2. Most will then complain that nothing has been organised to protect them.
3. Most take criticism (constructive or inquiring) as a personal assault.
4. Debate is difficult to engender without having to ref. a slanging match.
5. Propositions from certain fractions are stonewalled on principle by others regardless of subject
- just because they are "opponents".
6. That there is a basis for the belief that others outside the industry prefer that it continues
as such.
7 The balance between considered as a "defender of bees" and a simple b -stirrer is extremely fine.

and finally;
8. Most are not willing to seek out info. and get informed!

Regards,
Peter
"defender of bees" or simple b -stirrer, according to your views.
