There are lots of small Mavrik dealers that I doubt the State
Ag Dept's have the resources to monitor. Mavrik's even available
to home gardeners in one pint bottles on ebay 
http://tinyurl.com/c5thus Since it's ships ordinary priority mail,
there are no Haz Mat shipping papers the Ag Dept could trace.
