Hi Folks,
 
     Please note the following information that I recieved this week... I
contacted TOS in regards to this post before sending it out to my mailing
list ... the TOS response follows the post originally recieved .

The file in question has been forwarded to the appropriate TOS department.
 Until proven otherwise I would definitely assume that it is indeed a virus.
