Hi all
The way the numbers were presented in the graph was unconventional, but displayed the point that they were trying to make, which was that almost half the beekeepers lost more than half their hives. The commercial numbers were less dire, but still grim. 30% of commercial beekeepers reported losses in excess of 50%.

2017‐2018 Overwinter losses per Ontario’s commercial beekeepers

10% or less 10.71%
10 ‐ 20% 17.86%
20 ‐ 30% 13.10%
30 ‐ 40% 15.48%
40 ‐ 50% 13.10%
50 ‐ 60% 5.95%
60 ‐ 70% 10.71%
more than 70% 13.10%
