Mike,
I'd say the best way would be in gelatin capsules, or maybe mix it in with
your oatmeal in the morning.  Honestly, I haven't got a better suggestion
for you, but I don't believe you're supposed to eat it without mixing it
with something or putting it in a capsule so you can swallow it but not
have to taste it.

I wouldn't know how you would get the gelatin capsules.  With the
Tylenol scare several years ago, they're probably hard to come by.
