If the first super have only frames with foundation it is better to put all the
frames that fill the box (10 in my case), this way you avoid false combs.

After they have taken that super and drawn at least 5 frames, I take one out
and re space the 9 frames in that super, well if the flow is still on. But I
usually monitor till they have 7 or more frames taken, then I take the
bestone out,
and add it to the next super, that I put in the same instance on - (with 9
frames) - top th first one.

The colonies that outstand - and have most of the first super with honey -
will be undersuper (the second super as first box).

When working supers with foundation we place a piece of comb (1 inch ^3) on
top of brood chamber before placing the super. this works as a ladder that
help the bees to take that super.
