My operation (calling it an operation seems a bit grandiose) is CNG. It is a requirement to sell at a very nice, local farmers’ market…and so I jump through their hoops. In all honesty it is simply a marketing tool. If it weren't necessary for that particular market, I would never have bothered, would have saved several thousand dollars spent meeting their specs and would still have been every bit as ‘organic’ or ‘sustainable’…and maybe even more so.
