Hobby Beekeepers, Sideline Beekeepers, Commercial Beekeepers, and now we have Ordinary Beekeepers?

Isn't what's going on overall in the widespread and varied Beekeeping Community in NYS just what happens in any demographic at which you want to look ? There exists in any demographic a silent majority and a vocal minority.

If ordinary beekeepers are unhappy with the way things are, if they feel under represented in some way to whomever they feel under represented then who has to change? Are those associations claiming to represent the interests of NYS beekeepers simply supposed to disclaim that claim and shut up about what NYS beekeepers want? Maybe so. But if the silent majority remains silent and stays at home, how would anyone know?

The only thing Woody Guthrie had to do w/ "Alice's Restaurant" was being Arlo Guthrie's Father. Can you really get whatever you want at Alice's Restaurant?
