This message was rejected due to excessive quotes, however an exception is bing made since the writer is actually in France, where the story originated.

This doesn’t change the facts which are that Monsanto, with all its corporate might and the best lawyers available, was found guilty in every court and on every appeal it could make. Incidentally, the company responsible for importing this product was also condemned and fined. The decision of the courts, based on reams of expert testimony, can hardly be questioned.
