The October 1996 issue of APIS--Apicultural Information and
Issues (ISSN 0889-3764), the monthly beekeeping newsletter from the
University of Florida is being printed and has been sent to the
Apis-L mailing list.  This issue includes articles on the
referendum passing to keep the National Honey Board, the situation
surrounding use of essential oils in Varroa control,  an integrated
approach to Varroa control and natural products, and conserving the
dark European honey bee of Europe.
 
For Internet users this number can be directly accessed using the
world wide web:

This web site has recently been upgraded and has temporarily moved
