Not that I'm doubting you, but why? (Yes, I'm new also!). I have wired
wax, duragilt, plasticell, and pierco because I bought nucs to start
this year, and there was quite a variety of frames.

So if Duragilt is plastic coarted with beeswax, why do the bees treat it
differently from any other plastic foundation?
