Hi all,

Could someone identify this type of honey for me. The color is pale lemon colored and very light. It was gathered in mid-July to mid-august. The consistency is very thin (yes it was capped). The flavor is medium sweet with a flowery after taste(like a bunch of daises smell). Could it be chicory, trefoil, vetch, or canola. Thanks.
