"" Adverse Possession" - when we bought our property in a small hamlet, it had a beautiful and functional two seater  outhouse, which slightly encroached on the neighbouring property. But as it and its predecessors had been that way for over a century with no issues from the neighbour, my lawyer said this was legally, and figuratively, an example of "adverse possession" I suppose its a good example of squatters rights also
