Does anyone know another method of determining a Pfund reading
other than using a Pfund reader,  ie. using a photospectrophotometry ?
 
Does anyone know of another methods of determining honey floral
composition ie. by % of floral type other than by pollen ratios or by gas
chromatograph analysis.
