One Fall I went to my far yards to wrap hives, and forgot my white coveralls. Stopped in to a farm store, and not wanting to take dark blue coveralls, I got an orange pair. Looked like a convict like you see on TV. Anyways a few hunters came out of the bush, wearing orange jackets, and headed to their trucks. Thats when I was glad I'd left my white coveralls at home. Hunters arent supposed to blast away at any flash of white they might see through the trees, but all the same I was happy I didnt look like the south end of a white tailed deer going north. Couldnt say that the girls were any more stingy than usual because of the orange. So to adapt some fashion advice from ladies, maybe its best not to wear white after Labour Day!
