Does anyone have advice about the best way to store capped frames of honey for later extraction? I have 5 full supers on one hive and really can't go up much higher for fear of stability issues. However, I really can't extract until September. I'd like to remove a few supers and store them and give the bees empties.

Is there a way to store these frames for the next 2 months so that they won't crystallize or otherwise become un-extractable?

Thanks.
