Sure!  They  can come from anywhere that bees defecate.  
 
Bees normally defecate well away from the hive. They can't do this when  
being moved, which in itself must be stressful and maybe promote  defecation!  
Therefore they have no choice but to relieve themselves within  the hive 
and this has to be cleaned up later. In this way a few unnoticed bees  with 
nosema will rapidly transform into a very heavy infestation.
