Hi Juanse and all

This treatment was done in late Sept/Oct when, although brood rearing  
would be diminishing, young bees would be emerging daily thus the  
mite levels would still be increasing.  I believe that because of the  
low level of formic in the hive, the mites don't get a lethal dose  
until the 5th or 6th pad.  Miteaway II single use pads, however, with  
250ml in the pad get an earlier kill according to the OBA tech  
transfer team.
