I do not think it is either temp or RH but the combination of both. The first
time I have read a concept for the mixture was in Kleinshmidt papers. He
talks about "saturation rate". Therefore is more related to the amount
of absolute
water in air. Do not know yet wich are the thresholds, but is some sort of
relation between both Tº and RH.
