A friend of mine just harvested some ruby-red tinged honey. I know about the
maraschino cherry factory in NYC that was behind the red honey there, but I
don't think there's anything like that factory near him - he's in the
mountains of NE Georgia. It was described as: "it has a beautiful ruby tint
to it, and a flavor slightly reminiscent of cherries or champagne grapes."
As far as I know, there are no flowers that give red honey - am I wrong
about that? Any ideas?

Thanks,

Diotima
