That's sure a clever way of admitting that my challenge stood up : )
Not surprisingly, they didn't have the consideration to notify the person
who wrote the challenging letter before they released these docs.

So we are now in a similar situation as are the beekeepers of New Zealand,
as far as "own use" of generic natural miticides.
It's now up to beekeepers to challenge their own State Lead Agencies to see
if they are going to follow EPA's decision.
