It is also incumbent upon us to do our homework.  Some who are engaged here
should read "The Hive and the Honeybee" or "ABC and XYZ of Bee Culture", or
the excellent book by Diane Sammataro and Al Avitabile on beekeeping.  THEN
ask your questions....you should know basic bee biology before you jump in.



Reading it does not mean you understand it or agree with it.   Some here
should also read the book "Blink" by Malcom Gladwell.  In it he shows you
how its easy to be suckered in by what many consider to be correct,  he
gives some great ideas on how to step back and trust your judgment,  and
argue the status quo.
