Mark,  I have one of my guys who is in the new program.  Hes getting paid to
leave a 3.5 acre patch behind the barn planted in some "pollinator program"
Its in this case a boondoggle.  He never did farm it anyway,  but found a
way to mage a decent tax credit for it.  Last years its been blackberries
and goldenrod, so it was good anyway.  Its an interesting idea,  at the
moment I have on the fence,  but it seems to me just gladhanding  and not
going to do squat.  But your right,  its not much money in the scheme of
things.
