Recal reading in my very old edition of the ABC&XYZ that the Root Company
once produced very small squares of comb honey for use in the dining cars
of passenger trains. In the quantities they were operating with, I think
granulation ultimately became an insurmountable problem.

Sounds like a great idea for a honey stand at a fair our festival. Let me
know if you come up with a good packaging solution for this. I also have
had trouble selling comb honey (though not chunk honey) here in South.
