This can be a problem with other drugs, too.  Anecdotal evidence has been submitted on this list in the past regarding some, but not all NSAIDs and bee sting sensitivity.

When prescribed a new medicine, consider that your immunity may not be what you were accustomed to in the past and that your response to stings may be unusual.  Be prepared.
