I do realize we don't want some of the nonsense that goes on in BS, but do
we really want to only be at a doctorate level discussion?

my comments>
some ,like myself I suspect, are much more into the practice (the culture) of rearing bees than the science of the honeybee. I am not suggesting here that the latter is not important but quite often way above my pay scale as far as full understanding (in language, education and practice I am an economist and not a biologist or entomologist). at times I can capture a bit of information here that I do put into practice.

and nice comments Jim and Charles...

and real beekeepers have no time to eat or to attend any kind of holiday < insert your favorite funny face here!
