Seems pollen will become an ingredient with a lot of consequences in Europe
and elswhere!

The Bablok case start on French definition of honey where pollen is an
ingredient. French regulations does not allow to filter the honey more than
80 microns. With this, ultrafiltered honey it is really pure honey without
unwanted ingredients.

Heat exchangers, cartridge filters, plate filters and smaller pitch filters
with diatom soil are required

We can promote honey without allergens :)
