    Yes, Edmund Scientific is still in business.  I just got a catalog from them
a few weeks ago.  Unfortunately it's home, so I can't confirm the phone numbers,
but they're certainly where I'd go for any optical devices or parts.
 
    I'll check the catalog over the weekend, and if the phone numbers are
different, I'll post on Monday.
