It seems to me that if someone had a bad experience with a company and
relayed the *FACTS* of the interaction to us with no attempt to
determine cause then it is not slander and/or libel.
 
This happens routinely on the Net in computer related groups.  Just
give the facts, and you should be fine, and you can save some of your
fellow bee-folks the pain of finding out what you already know.
 
Just MHO, of course.  I'm not a lawyer, nor am I able to provide legal
advice.
