B401 is not available here in Western Australia, and so I have not used 
that.

The active Bt variety in B401 is, I believe, Bt var Azaiwai, and this is 
also
available here in a registered and commonly used Organic pesticide.

I have used that very successfully.

Unfortunately a more commonly available organic pesticide contains Bt var 
Kurstaki
 which does not work on wax moths.

Check the labels!
