Here are some of the best book search engines on the web.  I have
found incredibly hard to find books (my favorite site is the first
one, Advanced Book Exchange) by registering my "want" by title or
author, then if it isn't there, when a match does come up, it emails
me.

I have found every book mentioned here in the last 2 years within a
week or two thru ABE.
