While beekeepers might use bee stings to treat themselves and possibly members of their immediate family, it would be unwise, unless qualified and insured as a medical practicioner, to treat anybody else. We may be qualified by experience to handle bees but few of us are qualified in diagnosis and it is unlikely that any patient would be.
